Cruise ships call at international ports throughout the year – including Hamburg, one of Europe's most important cruise destinations. In terms of comfort and service, they are comparable to a modern five-star hotel. The fleet ranges from exclusive small yachts to large cruise ships that can carry up to 3,000 passengers. Crew contracts typically last four to six months.
