What is STCW?
STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) is the mandatory international safety training required for all crew members working on seagoing vessels, including cruise ship chefs and hospitality professionals.
Without a valid STCW certificate, deployment on cruise ships is not possible.
